Almeria province attracts both professional and amateur golfers from all over the world.
Indeed it boasts some of the best golf courses in Spain. The courses are concentrated in two areas.
Three around Almerimar: Almerimar golf, Playa Serena Golf and La Envia Golf. The area around Mojacar about one hour further north offers four courses: The Desert Springs, Marina Golf, The Valle del Este Golf Resort and Cortijo Grande Golf.

Staying in this urbanization is not only a pleasure for the breathtaking views it is much more, with its garden and play areas, a 60 m. swimming pool and paddle pool, sports areas, viewing points and superbly finished residences. There is also plenty of parking space within the complex, much of it with shade.
South facing terraces on two levels with panoramic views to the sea/coast and harbour across golf greens. To the right the mountains with snow eight months of the year and to the left you can see the beach and the Nature park with flamingos and a variety of flora and fauna.
The accomodation comprises an entrance hall leading to a large sitting/dining room, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Access to the apartment is by elevator from the lower floors. |

The urbanisation has a big common swimming pool with a grass field to take sun.
The beach, center and marina are at only a 15 minutes walking distance. |
The modern marina is full of various craft and is where one can enjoy a drink in a bar or a good meal in a restaurant, perhaps sampling the local fisherman's catch. From here too the sunsets can be enjoyed. |

The airport of Almeria is at about 40 km. of Almerimar.
Public bus facilities, Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars, International newspapers, Money machine and Car hire are all present. Reception English spoken (also Dutch, French, German, Spanish).
